Hi, I'm Billy Banks.
I have a background in startups, human resources, education, and manufacturing. Over the span of my career, I’ve founded companies, bought and sold businesses, raised capital, and helped generate tens of millions in revenue for the companies I’ve built, as well as for ones I’ve consulted with.
Today, I’m a performance coach and trusted advisor for startup founders, individuals in career transition, and small and medium-sized CEOs and their executive teams. My role is to focus on the personal and professional development that enables them to perform consistently, generate outsized returns, and stay in the game longer than the competition.
During my entrepreneurial journey, I’ve made and lost millions. I’ve tasted both victory and defeat. Some chapters of my journey have been downright painful, but it was in those moments of adversity that I grew the most. It was also in those low moments when I most needed someone who could understand my motivations, help me reframe failure as useful data, and steer me back on track in the direction of my dreams.
