Without a map, how do you know you’re heading in the right direction? And how will you know when you arrive at your destination? Effective strategic planning creates the vision that enables teams to identify the key skills, resources, and planning required to achieve desired outcomes. With clear direction and a compelling vision, decision-making is streamlined, accountability for results is built in, and resources can be more easily mobilized to drive results.
Through a combination of workshops and 1-on-1 coaching sessions, we will take a deep dive into your business.
- Workshops: we will examine your organization's mission and values to ensure that the strategy and culture are aligned. From there, we will develop a strategy plan by prioritizing which goals and tasks need to be accomplished and by when, identifying required resources, and communicating to the necessary stakeholders.
- 1:1 coaching is provided to support the project leader throughout the engagement period, with biweekly sessions that focus on the development of leadership skills as well as a forum to discuss issues as they arise during the strategic planning design and implementation phases.
