Why Work With Me

Why Work With Me

As an entrepreneur  and performance coach, I work with leaders from small to medium-sized companies, first-time CEOs, entrepreneurs, and anyone seeking to make a powerful impact in their life and career. I do this by assessing where you’re currently at, formulating a new approach, rebuilding the foundation, and then working with you to build the scaffolding to support your dreams and ambitions in both life and work.

Together, we will unpack and answer the following questions:

  • Are you struggling with balancing all of the competing demands of your career while still trying to have a life outside of work?

  • Are you finding it hard to keep up, let alone get ahead?

  • Are you overwhelmed by the urgent elements of life, leaving little to no time to work on what’s important?

  • Or maybe you've been wondering why the promises of life, career, marriage, kids, etc. don’t match up with your own reality?

I have spent the last twenty years of my entrepreneurial career working through issues like these. During that time, I've built companies and teams, I've sold businesses and started new careers, and I've ridden the highs and lows of work and life.

Drawing on my own experiences as a serial entrepreneur, professor, and certified coach, I have spent  the better part of the last decade developing programs, workshops, and coaching services for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and college students.

I now bring my passion for producti
vity, behavior design, philosophy, and entrepreneurial grit to the table to help folks struggling to set and hit goals, manage time, design better systems, and balance the tradeoffs between home and career by working with intentionality.

What I’ve learned over the years is that none of these skills are taught at school or on the job. If we want to succeed, we need to take our lives by the reins and find the right resources to support us as we grow. So if you're struggling to make real progress in any area of your life, or need a helping hand to get back on track, let's talk.
