Both Founding Teams and Executive Teams that are new or in transition face many of the same challenges: how to create alignment, work together effectively, give and receive feedback, and hold each other accountable for results. Teams that are committed to learning and practicing key leadership and managerial skills will drive better business outcomes. 

I work with founding and executive teams to develop the disciplines  and interpersonal skills that lead to high performing teams. We accomplish this by learning how to clarify thinking and communication, have difficult conversations, give and receive feedback, and ask fearlessly. In addition, by using assessments, we can identify strengths and weaknesses in the current team, ensure the right people are in the right seats, and identify what traits are missing as new hires are considered. 


Co-founder or Executive Team Coaching includes:

  • Group sessions 2x/month over a period of six to twelve months (includes initial Discovery Session)
  • Initial 1-on-1 session with each participant
  • Alignment workshop with coach and participants
  • Unlimited “check-ins” for questions or accountability
  • Kolbe, Thomas Kilmann Conflict, and Leadership assessments
  • Managing and leading effective teams workshop
  • Engaging in difficult conversation and managing conflict workshop

  • Monthly newsletter that includes additional resources
