1-on-1 Coaching
Founders are beset by competing needs and priorities, both at work and at home. By mastering key entrepreneurial leadership skills and focusing on the whole person, we will ensure that you stay in the game longer. By focusing on the person first, I believe that the business results will follow. Not the other way around.
I work with early stage founders and first-time CEOs to develop the skills and practices needed to lead successfully with enhanced self-awareness. With improved leadership skills comes team empowerment and team success. Increased self-awareness leads to better management of physical, mental, and emotional energy that enables folks to survive and thrive during the intense and ambiguous startup phase or while leading change in a more traditional setting.
Founder and Executive 1-on-1 Coaching includes:
- Initial Discovery Session (90 minutes)
- 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions twice per month over six to twelve months (45 minutes each)
- Kolbe + Leadership assessments
- 360-degree feedback review and leadership development planning
- Implementation of a productivity system using David Allen’s Getting Things Done framework
- Learning to manage physical, emotional, and mental energy
- Developing plans for work-life integration
- Monthly newsletter that includes additional resources
